Q & A

Q: When and why did you start training for fighting?
ANSWER: I started with Karate when I was just 12 years old. Fighting was in my blood. I kept asking my parents to send me to Karate class. It took me three years for them to approve it. Once I started, I wanted to be the best. I love challenges. I became a multiple-time Polish Champion in Full Contact Kyokushinkai Karate and placed 2nd at the Europeans. After 450 Karate fights, I thought it was time for another challenge. Five and a half years ago, I started with MMA. I really love it, as it is very versatile. Now I not only need to practice my striking but also incorporate wrestling and ground fighting. It really is the ultimate martial art.
Q: Training
ANSWER: Wake up, eat breakfast with my family. Play with my daughter. After that, I start my first training session at 11am. Then I take a rest or play with my kid and spend time with my wife.  In the evening, I start my second training session. Most of the time it’s around 7pm.
