Q & A

Q: When and why did you start training for fighting?
ANSWER: I started training MMA in 2017. I started going to MMA because I was invited to a sparring session and I met Marco Ruas. He had me spar two top amateur fighters at the school and I had no experience in MMA, but I did have a background of boxing and wrestling growing up. I had the upper hand the whole time against both fighters and Marco was impressed. He invited me the following week to another sparring session and ended up introducing me to Kami Safdari, who was Cub Swanson’s manager. He offered me a contract to be my manager and also got me a fight three months after meeting him.
